Nevertheless, the point is that many people are unable to get all the needed nutrients from their daily fruit intake.

It’s high time we should start mixing grated pineapple with other fruits.

If we eat more fruits, it doesn’t mean that we will get different variety of nutrients.

All the nutrients will then work together to produce the most powerful health benefits that isn’t possible to be obtained by one type of fruit.

The fruit salad we are presenting you here, is super simple and the needed ingredients are some lime, fruits, and honey.

Rainbow Fruit Salad Plus Honey & Lime

The required ingredients for this salad are:
  • Pineapple (diced) – 1 pound
  • Ripe bananas – 2
  • Blueberries – 12 ounces
  • Blackberries – 6 ounces
  • Kiwis – 4 (peel & slice)
  • Mandarin oranges – 4 (peel & section)
  • Strawberries – 1 pound (sliced)

Honey Lime Dressing

  • Quarter cup of natural honey
  • 2 teaspoons of lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
Preparation:

First, mix the listed fruits in a bowl, and then mix the ingredients for the dressing in a separate bowl, and stir them well. Spread the honey lime dressing on the fruit mix until completely covered.
