The following natural homemade beverage is recommended by medical experts for reducing of the smoking’s negative effects.
This beverage is especially beneficial for smokers who have this habit more than 5 years.
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 small root ginger
- peeled and chopped (in quarters) 400g of garlic
- 400gr brown sugar
- 1l water
How to Prepare:
Pour the water and sugar in a bowl and heat it. Once the water heats properly, add the rest of the ingredients. Boil the mixture 5 minutes, and then put the bowl aside from the heat and wait it to cool at a room temperature. Pour the drink in a glass bottle and put it in fridge.
This drink should be consumed twice a day, 2 teaspoons in the morning on an empty stomach, and 2 tablespoons after the last meal in the evening.
