Ginger

Ever since the ancient times, ginger has been widely used for its miraculous curing properties. Moreover, it helps to eliminate the secrets accumulated in lungs due to smoking.

Turmeric

The well-known yellow spice, Turmeric, contains high amounts of healing omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. It has antibacterial, antiviral, and anticancer properties, which is why it is recommended to be added in the everyday diet of smokers.

Potion Recipe Which Cleanse Lungs from Smoking

Required Ingredients:
  • 34 oz /1 liter of water
  • 14 oz /400 g onions
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric
  • 5 tablespoons of organic honey
  • Small cleaned ginger root
Instructions:

Place some bowl to heat. Add the water and sugar and let them boil. Clean and chop the onion in quarters, and together with the grated ginger root add them in the boiling water. The size of the ginger root should be the size of a thumb. Add the turmeric, and once the water starts boiling, lower the heat.

Let the mixture simmer until it’s not double reduced from the initial amount, and then strain it. Use glass jars to store the potion, and once it cools completely, refrigerate it.

This potion should be consumed twice a day, in the morning on an empty stomach, and in the evening, about 2 hours after dinner, in the dosage of 2 tablespoons each time.
